BRADLEY SQUARE MALL UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP OF THE SHANE MORRISON COMPANIES

CLEVELAND, TN– December 9, 2010 – Bradley Square Mall announces that it is under the new ownership of The Shane Morrison Companies, who specialize in commercial real estate development, management and consulting. The Shane Morrison Companies acquired ownership of Bradley Square Mall on December 1, 2010.  The Atlanta-based retail investment sales team of Jones Lang LaSalle managing directors, Kris Cooper and Margaret Caldwell brokered transaction.

The Shane Morrison Companies is poised to invigorate the shopping experience for customers.  With a portfolio that includes, multi-tenant shopping centers, restaurants and multiplex movie theaters, The Shane Morrison Companies is in a prime position to bring today’s most sought-after stores to our retail mix.  Headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA the company is very excited to improve and strengthen the position of Bradley Square Mall, and it foresees a growing presence within the regional retail landscape.
